Refund Policy

The short version

• 14-day money-back guarantee on every plan — request a full refund within 14 days of your payment.
• No free trial: you're charged when you start, and covered by the guarantee for the first 14 days.
• After that, you can cancel any time and keep listening until the end of the period you've already paid for.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Zingy Tales isn't right for your family, request a full refund within 14 days of your payment and we'll return it — no hoops. Refund requests made after that window aren't guaranteed: you can cancel any time and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Exceptions

Where consumer law in your country requires a refund (for example, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a statutory right that cannot be waived), we will of course honour it. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Cancelling, or raising a billing issue

Cancel your plan any time from your parent dashboard. To request a refund within the 14-day money-back window, or to raise a billing question, just reach out:

• Reply to the payment receipt email from Dodo Payments, or contact us with the email you paid with and your order number — refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
• Signed-in members: use the built-in Contact section in the parent dashboard.
• Everyone else can use our contact page and we'll get it processed for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks & abuse

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Accounts that abuse the refund policy (for example, repeated refund requests across multiple accounts) may be declined future refunds and access to the service.

Merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which processes payments, taxes, and refunds for all our orders. Refunds also follow Dodo Payments' refund policy and applicable consumer law; where they give you more rights than this page, those rights apply.
